She has taught cooking classes on how to host your own High tea party, given tea tasting and informative talks to libraries and historical groups. Perfect Blend tea party catering was featured on a cable television show as well as local newspapers for her novel business mission to make the average woman feel pampered and relaxed in her entertaining. With inspiration from the recipes of the "Barefoot Contessa", Martha Stewart and Lidia Bastianich and others, Cynthia uses her imagination to create novel and memorable treats for groups of 10 - 100 or more. Guests have been as diverse as a group of three year-olds dressed in boas and hats, "the lady from the bagel store", a State Senator, Catholic Bishop, a 90+ years-young "Queen Mum", and even some men!

Perfect Blend specialty catering is located in Central New Jersey and serves most of the state as well as parts of eastern Pennsylvania. For travel in excess of 45 minutes from our office, a nominal mileage charge is added.
